Accomplishing Your 2018 Goals with Identity Dental Marketing Make 2018 your absolute best year ever Step 1: Recognize the fact that whatever you want is possible. Most people don’t get beyond this step. Their limiting beliefs about growth holds them back. So first, you need to adapt to the reality that you can create whatever kind of business you want and hit whatever goals you feel are possible in this upcoming year. Step 2: Create a goal. Create a tangible measurable goal for yourself. This might be the amount of money you collect, the number of new patients you’d like to see, or finding a great team that’ll have your back. Make sure you articulate your goals. This will remind you that your goals are both obtainable and worthy. Make sure you don’t have more than 3-5 goals, allowing you to stay focused. Step 3: You need to set a reward for yourself. This is a Grace Rizza tip, my quirky way of living and being happy. Who cares if you hit your goals if at the end of the year, you look back, and realize that all you did was work, and feel unfulfilled because you didn’t enjoy time with your family and friends or doing the things you love. It’s not all about money. Make sure you set a reward for when you achieve your goals. This is going to make it all worth it and give you meaning in your day-to-day life. Step 4: Envision what success looks like. Picture what it feels like to treat that goal number of new patients. I want you to really put yourself in the mindset that you can envision your day-to-day life with meeting those goals. It may actually force you to revise your goals. You may realize you don’t really want to achieve the goals that you’ve set. So envision that and make sure it’s really what you want before you commit to it. Step 5: Create a step-by-step plan. This often involves a marketing plan and sometimes some other things as well. Break it down into monthly measurable goals which will help you reach your end goal in time.
